FAQ's
1. What if I want to cancel enrollment?
If you leave town or lose your appetite to be a great musician, we need 2 weeks written notice before your charge date, which will be the 25th of each month. So any cancellation request must be received by the 10th of the month. At that point, you will either be charged for the full (non discount rate) of any guitar labs you have already taken, or refunded based on the full non-discounted rate of any guitar labs you have not taken, depending on what you have paid (how many months..). So you can cancel your membership and be refunded but you lose any perks you have benefited from. In addition there is a $20 cancellation fee.
2. What if I want to upgrade to Specialty Guitar labs (I get so good and run out of standard labs I want to take?!!)
No problem. For each specialty lab you want to take instead of a standard lab, you can pay the difference (usually $20) on enrollment.
3. What if I need to drop out of a lab after it has begun?
Our standard cancellation policies apply. To cancel enrollment and be credited or refunded (or for it not to count against your membership allowance) you must give us 72 hours notice BEFORE the lab starts. After this point it is too late, you've taken a place in the lab regardless of attendance.
4. Can I take any of your other programs with this membership?
No, this is specific to our standard and specialized Guitar Labs, for Adults & Teenagers, usually week day evenings Monday through Thursday. This membership does not include Rock Band Programs, summer intensives, Music Business Classes or our Diploma modules.
